Every order is shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Please make sure your shipment address is complete and precise and that your delivery name is legitimate. If inaccurate or missing information is supplied, we are unable to ensure a successful delivery.

When placing a purchase, it is the customer’s obligation to supply accurate delivery information. The customer will be liable for any additional shipping charges if an order cannot be delivered or needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

The cost of shipping is determined at the time of purchase and varies by country. Orders under €100 in most countries qualify for free shipping. Due to increased transportation costs, the free shipping minimum in some countries is €200.

Every order is dispatched via Track & Trace.

In Europe, delivery typically takes two to ten business days. Delivery across the globe may take up to 30 business days.
